Testimonials are documents of all kinds: videos, audio, articles. The idea is to record first-hand accounts, interviews and other kinds of primary sources. They should only be editable by the original contributor. They can also be collected from elsewhere. This part will need a lot of exploration. How are different data/filetypes handled together, how are they arranged and grouped? Who moderates this information, and what powers do the patrollers have? New content legislations bring platform providers more responsibility for the content, how is it tackled?
